His behaviours have clearly changed in the last few weeks. He seems to have an edge and intensity which wasn’t there previously . This seems to be reflecting itself in the team and I’m guessing that he has been given a deadline to improve results. It’s not nice, but it’s generally the case that if you start focussing minds by demanding improvement, the improvement is likely to happen.
