lol. Takes a bit of an agenda to get to that.

Perhaps someone should have told Field Marshall Montgomery not to bother in France because anything important, difficult or strategic, General Eisenhower was picking up.

If you can’t tell the difference between tactical and strategic leadership I’m not sure what to say to you.

Enjoyed that. Well measured but honest responses dealing with the difficulties of running a massively expanded business

He explains the roles quite well. Fleur operational and him being focused on the mission statement. He also appears to be dealing with multiple commercial aspects. I would suggest that based on this Fleur role is more operations director than CEO

What a strange rant. My point is that Fleur is not currently acting as CEO, you only need to look at what CEOs at other clubs are responsible for and the visibility they have. His role has bled from acting as a strategic consultant to what he described. It's nothing to do with any agenda, I'm glad that he answered the questions and maybe having Fleur on Dragon heat next will be a good idea....

Listen to how he described the roles. Perhaps Fleur is closer to a COO at the moment but seriously if you can’t understand strategic and day to day leadership again, no idea what to say to you.

Really interesting listen. He addresses a lot in the course of the interview. Don't know why it has taken so long, but good to finally get some responses from the club to a few issues of concern.

Have to say I'd be surprised if Fleur is completely happy with his involvement. Deliberately or not, some of the answers he gave undermined her position somewhat. It sounds as though he's in charge of delivering the vision and Fleur is more of a Chief Operations Officer than a CEO.

We'll see how it works out be he's clearly got his head screwed on and personally I'm glad he's involved with the club.

As Wayne from the Turf said in an interview for FiD recently, speak as you find.

Bit about the Junior Dragons at 61.35 on the video.
Said that it hadn't been a major priority but it will be back. Also mentioned how they are unwilling at the moment to have events with players and loads of kids due to the possibility of players catching covid and matches having to be called off.
