I'm sure it could be spun other ways too, my only concern is that we made a big song and dance about appointing a female into the role and it was a move I was totally supportive of (my best bosses have generally been women)... Concerned that she is being pinched a bit by the old boys club and if that was happening I think its a bit shameful. However until someone comes out and says this is the case its fair to assume that everyone knows their job and we can be lifted by some of the comments in the interview.
Burton not Barrow

After listening to only half of that (part 2 over breakfast) it is clear that Harvey is top dog. He speaks very well and he comes across a real hard nosed businessman who is incredibly driven to deliver the "mission statement" (did he mention that). Have to say, based on that interview, I like him but this is not about Wrexham FC as such for him. We could be any club in the world and he'd be exactly the same. He's doing a job for R&R but maybe that's not a bad thing as he won't be making emotional decisions.

The other thing that is clear is that Fleur is not seen as ready to be CEO. She's a commercial director as she was at Burton.I'm not sure if that was intended when she was employed or not but that's the reality.

She's doing all the fluffy matchday and community stuff. Harvey, Reed and Kerr are making the top level decisions.Harvey negotiatiates every contract and has secured all of the sponsorships. If this line of command was agreed with Fleur at the outset that's fine but if not she must feel completely undermined but who knows, maybe this was how she wanted it. At least we now know who does what.

One thing I do know. Harvey is going to deliver this for R&R and for that I'm grateful for his involvement. I'd be very surprised if he isn't here until after the Kop and training ground are completed at least

Agree.
He will get things done…some will like him, some will not. He will be judged on results.
We have been crying out for things to happen, moving forward for a very long time. He will have R&Rs backing totally

Was there any mention of when work will start on replicating the nine acre at the groves?

Substitute black or disabled for woman into that post and read it again.

I will never support Harvey being here because of the B teams stuff.

I also dont support him because of a change he made to a competition nearly 6 years ago that Wrexham haven’t played in since 2007.

Anyone else think Fleur will gone before the start of next season ?

This can't be what she signed up to as CEO. Crystal clear that she's nothing of the sort.
