I don't get the obsession with Ratcliffe ,just says it as it is..points out where lacking or doing ok...He was a very good player whatever anyone says..
However, Morrell makes some very good tactical observations and speaks well..

Rob Phillips attended a South Wales group of Wrexham supporters/exiles etc.. a while back. He was very interested,funny and engaging..despite making no secret of his team being Newport..He always states on phone in they want calls from Wrexham and also Premier Cymru fans

Ratcliffe's assessments are usually fair and to the point! Horne too! Wayne is Wrexham through and through! Nobody has mentioned the lovable but illiterate occasional RW pundit Micky Thomas with his 'C'mon Wrexham' overtones!

I guess you have to be a certain age but Ratters was a real Rolls Royce of a Centre Half. He probably falls into the category of ex players not understanding why the players he's watching aren't as talented as they were. Roy Keane is another one.

Rats was a top player for club and country. I have talked to him in the past and he went on to say he used to follow Wrexham when he was a lad, came up on the train with his mates.
