How on earth is playing two of the greatest English midfielders of their generation alongside each other in central midfield a poor idea. Lampard and Gerrard would destroy most national teams...

Behave Tinydix, surely you know enough about football to realise that just sticking two 'goal machines' up front isn't a guarantee of success - just like sticking two world class midfielders in the heart of the early 00s England team didn't end all those years of hurt.

Emmeline, Christabel or Sylvia btw?

If Mullin gets injured we are screwed because Hyde was limping like a lame animal at the end last night.

We can't afford to have what happened last season again with no transfers after Feb 1st. We have to go top heavy on the squad.
I take your point but,as said and demonstrated last night, its midfield that is killing us. So i am only really talking priorities. I hope Hyde was simply trying to slow things down last night - fingers firmly crossed.
I am trying to convince the wife that Dover is a great day out at present

1. Chesterfield would never sell him to a rival
2. Too similar to Mullin
3. We would need to actually create chances for him to score that many though maybe we would with our January midfield reinforcements. Wouldnt say no but we have more pressing needs

Of course it doesn't guarantee anything, hardly anything in football is a guarantee is it? However, signing a lad who scores as many as he does wouldn't be a poor signing would it? Mullin, Tishmanga and a fit Hyde type of player to hold on to the ball would almost certainly give us more of a chance of success.

Tinydix is rather disrespecful when you consider the enormous impact Dixie had on the club.

Of course it’s not a poor signing, but would almost certainly change the way you play if, as you suggest, you have two no10s either side of a big striker. Assuming he would be banging them in at the same rate he is today though is a bit much as well. Hey ho. You were right about Mullin so perhaps your right about this. Doubt it though, and they’d end up rotating. Not sure either would be happy with that.

But for the avoidance of doubt, Tinydix is nothing to do with legendary ex players but rather 100% to do with your microscopic penis.
