I have had to call the club shop on two occasions today as I am not very savvy on the computer and having issues logging on to buy final tickets. I have to say that the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and professional. They must have been really busy to day but they helped me enormously. Thank you.

The club shop staff are excellent. Even when it's busy and they're overwhelmed, they always deliver top-class customer service.

I was going to post something similar.

Had to phone in today to sort an issue out and it was obviously a very hectic day for them but they were really helpful and managed to get everything sorted out for me whilst I was on the phone.

Cant fault them.

Had a small problem when renewing season tickets on line. My phone call was answered promptly and problem solved speedily and efficiently. Excellent service.

Had an issue with season tickets being linked to the same email address. An email and 10 minutes later all was sorted. Always been helpful when I've phoned or popped in too.
