In a recent programme Shaun Harvey said he'd hope to have the lease of the ground legals etc sorted by Easter Monday. Any further news on the grapevine or do we wait till Monday?

Why is this important?

Well, without the ground in our possession I would imagine any request for Levelling Up Funding from Michael Gove and co at Westminster would appear problematic .

Also, reference to mock up safe standing seating to be displayed in the carpark over summer and promises of first dibs at Kop seating for ST holders suggests that all this may be in hand. Hopefully so.

But have I missed something? Has the revised bid for funding been submitted? When was the closing date (suggested Spring) and when will any decision be made?

The team and its performances are of course, the most important things - we must have a successful product on the field. Well done all for the undoubted progress this season especially after Dec. But with almost 10,000 at Y Cae Ras on Good Friday we must move forward to make the ground a 4 sided stadium. I am so excited at the prospect of an improved ground with large crowds all in The Football League.

O and Shaun also suggested will will have firmed up our intentions for a Training Ground in the second quarter of this year and defo before end of the season. We could do with another in depth interview before long.Up the Town.

One spanner in the works is wst assets limited. Who submitted accounts without scrutiny by the membership, whilst showing costs increasing by five times the annual average.

The wst, having missed the deadline as promised for an April AGM, can't have one for another 28 days.

The only other interesting question would be around the existing Lager Stand. What changes are envisaged to be undertaken in the close season - with temp offices outside etc.
Really though the main issue is the lease, the funding and the kop timescales
