That's plenty good enough to win this league. Cleworth won't be cover for Hayden though, more or less Lennon's cover again. I think we need someone who can play across the back 3 to challenge the first teamers. I'm not convinced French is physical enough so you're essentially replacing him.

Also anyone coming in for the defense needs to be a good talker and organizer. Think thats one thing we missed when Hayden got injured.

New deal needs to be offered in January with 18 months left because if he gets into the last 12 months of his contract he'll start getting unsettled and be looking elsewhere. His value will also reduce significantly
