Yes. It's a interesting story but they're hardly a historic club - not even the original club in Dorking.

Massive respect to Dorking for their rise to NL and I’m sure the team will take the professional approach. Us supporters will do the same.

Their manager/chairman/owner/founder has an interesting interpretation of professionalism if you take a look at their social channels.

How they were formed, Who owns and manages them is totally irrelevant.
They are a team at the same level as we are and deserve some respect. That doesn't mean we should be fearful of them but should do everything we can on the pitch to come away with the 3 points.
Anything less than a 100% effort could leave us with egg on face.

100% this. My fear is over a number of years there has been a subconscious element in our players of "its only x we can beat them" and it usually backfires. Hopefully we will treat this the same as playing Chesterfield or Notts away.

As long as we keep our keeper on the pitch we should do alright.

Well so I have to say a big THANK YOU to Dorking who sorted my ticketing problem today without hassle (human error on my part - doh!). Won’t go into unnecessary detail but safe to say they were superb and an absolute joy to deal with. I for one cannot wait to visit them and it was a pleasure giving them my money for my tickets regardless of the result. Quality fans service…thank you Dorking Wanderers FC and we cannot wait to join you on match day hopefully as part of a sell out!!
