Default Dorking Away

Looks like Chesterfield asked to sell there own tickets so the ST holders had first dibs.
Will we do the same? or will it be a free for all on the Dorking web site.

If the former, make sure that you've got the facility to manage tickets for mates to ensure you get them.

Contacted Dorking last week as home tickets on sale now but away not available. Said they’d be on sale this Wednesday through their website.

Your initial allocation (indeed all clubs initial allocation) will be 600, but if you sell all those quickly you can have more. Chesterfield got an additional 200 and brought a total of circa 750.

Last season in the National League South, we gave Maidstone and Ebbsfleet 960 and they both sold them all.

Our ground is very basic, majority of the away end is uncovered flat standing, and food and drink, beer behind the stand and the portaloo toilets are limited although it should be stressed that we are doing our absolute best to make it as good as possible for away fans.

The ground is just 4 minutes walk away from a market town High Street full of pubs and cafes, betting shops and restaurants etc, it's a proper away day. Use those to the full because the away end is rather a congested experience.

Thanks for this Dorking, we normally take a huge away following so would be surprised if we don’t sell out full allocation. Is the pitch grass or astro? All info gratefully received! Well done on your draw with Chesterfield, hopefully you’ll take points off of lots of teams this season (just hope that doesn’t include us!). Prepare yourselves for a red army invasion!!

Watched the highlights of the Dorking v Chesterfield match and the pitch is not great, especially the bounce and is a real leveler. We should beware. Dorking are not world beaters but they know how to use the pitch to their advantage.
