I genuinely believe that.

League booting us out would have been a useful excuse. The league did us no favours, or help, either.

And actually seemed to get off with it Scot free...those who know wouldn't give him the time of day, those who don't would still shake his hand and see him as the man who stepped in when hammy and the guts actions left us high and dry...I do think in some circles people still consider his actions benevolent

I know a lot of fans don’t see any benefit in public/private meetings with Club owners … whoever they might be. Met Moss on one occasion only in a private meeting ,as a Supp Association delegate. Took an instant dislike to him and his comments about our fans in general. Ruffled Roberts’ feathers at a general meeting when he was promoting Racecourse development bullshit , and clashed with Moss at public meeting to introduce Carey as manager. We are sometimes best defined by who we identify as our enemies , as well as who we see as obvious friends.

Did any other clubs ever have to pay a bond?

Default The day the fans saved the club

Just over 11 years ago. A momumental day in our history.

The day that Wrexham AFC was saved by the fans, with just hours to spare

I really do think that it's great what Ryan and Rob are doing for the club (and town... I mean city) at the moment. Thankfully they have vision and the financial and influential means to do it.
But let us never forget these local heroes who gave their last pennies to save the club with no thought of recompense.
I salute them.
