I haven't listened to your podcast previously but I'm an instant convert and look forward to trawling over all the previous player interviews you've carried out
Thanks again
Really appreciate this, Mike. Exactly my aim when we get former players on - let them speak as much as possible.

Louis Moult, Curtis Obeng, Craig Faulconbridge, Joslain Mayebi (!) and others in the back catalogue for RRR

This. Great player for us

I have to admit I have completely missed your podcast and have spent the summer catching up. I love the mix of players covering different teams over the years. Would love a few more mid 90s if you could get them as that was my most enjoyable time as a fan.

I thought the interview was really interesting. The bit about Wilkin and his training methods was consistent with what others have said before. It makes you wonder how we could have got on if Wilkin had taken on Keates as his assistant.

Keates is a legend as a player. Like many before him the management role was premature.
A total professional.

Great listen from a great player for us and a great leader on the pitch.

As others have said well done Nathan for the interview and letting him speak.

For me the 98 point team was still the most entertaining to watch in this league, we may have some better players individually now, but as a team and the way they are allowed to play, not as commanding in games or as exciting.

A “Keates” type player in the current team would make a big difference.

That midfield of Keates, Harris and Fowler would wipe the floor with the current one and that's why that team was so good

I remember seeing a post from a Fleetwood fan during that 98 point season who was asked an open question on their forum "If you could have anyone from another team in the NL who would it be ?"

The reply was "Wrexham's midfield !!"

Shame that no one is saying that now despite our financial power

Great listen. Let’s the guest speak, a lot of other podcast’s could learn from this.

Who’s the next guest?

A good listen. Amazing to think we couldn't muster 20k for Gray.
