Our back 3 and foster looked levels above today, barely gave them a sniff.

Barnett was unplayable in the first half, then tapered off a bit in the second, but that is more due to us using the right wing less in the second half.

Special mention for Dalby who came on and got a goal and an assist in 20 minutes. His flick on again was superb for lees goal.

There was a lot of things adding up to this potentially being a banan skin, but I thought we were superb today all things given.
Perfect summary, exactly as I saw it.

This is how strong we are. We are lucky enough to be able to let Hayden fully recover but something feels wrong.

He went down with a calf strain almost 2 months ago and Parky hasn't even mentioned his name. Very strange

Think we created good early chances but didn't take them, then it gives York something to play for and it gets a little nervy, but credit to the team we kept going and deserved the win, Foster certainly looks the part and I like how he always seems to be thinking one step ahead. Barnett was impressive, I'd like to see him be a bit more selfish and direct because he could score a lot of goals at this level

Hayden tends to give sloppy passes to the opposition otherwise is top defender and goal threat is unreal. I’d stick with EOC hes a monster of a player. Hayden great to have when different tactics are needed

Fact Dalby comes on and scores with first headed chance kinda proves my point.
Sam is excellent but can get bullied at the start of games, which Ollie never is. For me the ideal combination is for Ollie to exhaust the central defenders in the first 60-70 mins, then get Sam on to win his battles. Pretty much what PP does in fact.

Perhaps there’s nothing to worry about and he’s just recovering from an injury?

Must have had a setback then because he was due to be out around 6 weeks.
