Until it’s fully rolled out there’s going to have to be a bit flexibility between supporters. Behind the goal expect to stand for large parts of the game but if everyone around you is sitting, don’t be a tool and remain standing. Away games majority will stand throughout but if you want to sit I’m sure you could swap with someone down the front if no empty seats.
Yes good points

Maybe you need to study physics and compare a bottle filled with liquid with a cap against a bottle filled with liquid without a cap to see how far they can be thrown and the force of impact of each bottle.
That might enlighten you.

Good job that measure has stopped dangerous things from being thrown at games like coins and cups of tea (remember Torquay at home). Perhaps they should be banned too. Have you measured the force and impact of a metal coin being pinged at someone at speed or the effects of a scalding hot brew on someone's skin? My point is where do you draw the line?

Not totally followed this thread but can I make two observations. May be obvious but :- 1 Designate standing and seating areas. Went to an away game at Oldham . Had to stand for 90 minutes. Not easy for someone approaching 80! 2 . Bottle tops are not the problem. It’s the idiots throwing missiles who are at fault. Ban them.

We mainly stand in MRS, blocks PG7 & PG8, and try and get a bit of atmosphere n support going for the team , I know the players appreciate it.

Moved to the Wrexham lager stand because of this . The last thing you want after working two 12 hr day shifts on your feet is someone standing in front of you , so you therefore have to stand up yourself. Ironically the guy who used to stand in front of me sat down at half time 🤬

I want to sit which is why I have a seat. Away games I generally go to the front and sit. Not sure why the stewards in the MRS leave us to sort out the half wits who congregate at the exit at the end of the game causing friction when we tell them to bugger off.

Exactly, the club should help the steward and make an announcement or put up signs about continuous standing, its a mob rule mentality and some are frightened to approach stewards for fear of upsetting standing fans, or making a fuss, so they go along and dont enjoy the match, i surpose its knowing the area your getting a ticket for,but sometimes you have no choice, but a club announcement would help
