Default Bradford weather

Just looking at the forecast, Bradford is under a weather warning for rain from tomorrow afternoon until Saturday AM. Anyone what their pitch is like? Is it a pitch that drains well?

Should hopefully be OK unless it turned really bad and/or continued longer than forecast...

Might well bite me on the buttocks but I have to say I can barely take yellow weather warnings seriously after the Met Office issued them for “heat” for any day that exceeded 25c in the summer.

That's a fair point.

The usual politically motivated hysterical forecast from the BBC and the Met Office which bears little relation to reality.

It's always difficult to gauge how much credence to give it. The Met Office map now always reminds me of being stuck trying to escape from Sheffield in 2019 when it had been pretty much encircled by floods. Parts of the city were gridlocked, while others were deserted. It was an incredibly surreal journey home!

BBC just reporting the Met Office warnings. Nothing to do with your agenda

Yep. Catastrophise everything. What used to be Bill Giles pointing at a cloud and some rain drops is now broadcast as a "yellow weather warning". Pathetic. Its nature.
