Default November Run Of Games

Seen a couple of people saying November is an easier run of games for us but looking at them Gillingham, Accrington & Morecambe are all in our around the PO places. 2 X cup games as well

Potentially a good set of results from those fixtures could see us going into the Christmas run in in a very strong position. IMHO 9 from 12 would be a good return from those fixtures.

I think we have already seen that there are no easy games in this league.

Hopefully with a run of teams visiting the racecourse in or around the playoffs they might play a bit more expansively than Sutton which at least makes for a better game to watch.

I'd argue it's an easier run of games than we had in October , but still not easy .

Mullin and McClean missing Gillingham doesn't help us , ( and we'll likely see other suspensions as we have a few players on 4 yellow cards) . But I'd hope to see us take 9 from 12 in this run - I certainly think that's achievable

Playing Wrexham is akin to a tasty FA Cup draw for many of the teams in the league. They will raise their game against us.

Morecombe and Accrington are both bang in form. Gillingham have faltered a bit since their manager got the sack but have a lot of good players and shouldn't be underestimated.

As others have said, no easy games in this league.

I’m intrigued by Morecambe at this point as it seems like they’re flying under the radar. I, like many others on here, have been thinking in the last week that the top shelf of L2 is shaping out to be Stockport, Mansfield, Notts, and ourselves (in no particular order). If Morecambe win their makeup match against Barrow tomorrow, they’ll be second in the league with a game in hand!

Haven’t given them much thought for most of this season, but it’s looking like our game with them at the Racecourse late in November could be a big one if they keep their strong form up.
