Default Injuries

How unlucky are we ? I make that :

Barnett - 8 weeks
O’Connell - 8 weeks
Tunnicliffe - Few weeks
Hayden -Unknown
Fletcher- Surgery - Unknown

Add to that we have Mendy, O’Connor, Forde, Palmer who tend to pick up knocks.

Its the Barnett one I'm worried about. Medial injuries have different grades and an 8 week absence sounds like the worst type. Worry is that it takes much longer than this. A lad I play with did his medial in April and he is still a month from playing again.

Hayden hasn't looked right since he came back. I do fear for the lad's future in the game.

Tunnicliffe’s injuries are a massive worry as they seem related to his back

There's a reason Parky has only been playing Fletcher for brief spells at the end of games - the fact that he's out indefinitely, suggests we may not see any more of him - such a shame

Aaron Hayden seems to be having terrible luck with injury - if it's a reoccurrence of one of his previous injuries, that cold be really bad news - similar to Bryce's situation

Tunicliffe having back problems brings back bad memories of Harry Lennon . let's hope he doesn't suffer the same end result .

Have to wonder if we're now looking at significantly more signings than we were previously come January . A new striker is a must again

Have to hope Forde is going to be ok as Mendy also seems prone to picking up an injury every month or two .

Let's hope they all make full recoveries , but I wouldn't be surprised if we see quite a few new faces in January ..... also have to hope we don't suffer any ore injuries and that the 15 fit outfield players plus the U21s we have can see us through to the end of December

... we may have to lower our expectations a little over the next couple of months if we suffer any more injuries

Is this the most injury hit squad we’ve ever had?
