One site within the 2 mile zone, would be Lower Berse (next to the Traveller site) where the housing development is proposed.
Next to the by-pass, for easy access, but that land does have a flooding problem - bring your wellies....

Alternative, move the University to a brand new site, and Wrexham expand right up to Plas Coch.

Lol, no worries. That would definitely make more sense, but it doesn't seem to be written correctly if that IS the case.

I've had some time to read the documents and the main part that concerns me is this:

"What happens if the Club, under current or future owners, decide to use the Racececourse Ground for non-football use?

"The Trust would have to seek a High Court injunction to prevent this. This would be expensive and the Trust and its members would need to fund this legal action."

Has the Trust got any intention of creating a rainy day fund for such an eventuality?

Once the lease is given up why would the WST then need to exist ? Do you really think that right minded supporters would continue to give the redundant WST their hard earned cash month after month ?

Never is a big word.

Looking back over the years of following Wrexham:
We would never beat Arsenal, Middlesbrough, Ipswich
We would never get relegated to the non-league
we would never raise enough money for the bond
Moss would never sell to the trust
We would never get taken over by anyone let alone hollywood millionaires
We would never get promoted from the non-league

If it was case between spending £14million on flats to expand the current stadium or building a new stadium which is cheaper?
If we needed the space the flats occupy to expand the stadium the club would be at a level where £14 million isn't an insurmountable figure.
Would the flats need to be bought if you committed to and build new flats elsewhere.

Wrexham need an active organisation that represents the views of supporters to the club. Much like say the spirit of Shankly do for Liverpool. And that should be the role that the Wrexham Supporters Trust takes up. However I don't think that they could ever gain back the support and trust they had at there peak.

I guess it depends whether you take a short term view of things or consider the long term future.

Sadly every club should have a supporters group/trust.

WST brand became tainted and I'm not sure the best way to get it back. Rename, reboot etc I'm not sure. I think also getting fans to buy into it it'll be so difficult as we're doing so well on the pitch
