Yeah but he's gone now so what's left to scrutinise? Personally I find it's a tad crass to criticise the guy after he's left given he was a volunteer. Each to their own though.

I think his dad did it before him (if I’m thinking of the right guy).

He was at my house years ago doing his day job and spotted my Wrexham shirt. Had a great chat with him. Lovely guy.

I'm not sure what ham-fisted point you're trying to make, I suspect a bit of false equivalence. Steve has carried out a service for the club for several years and his dad before him. I see no harm in saying thanks. You seem to be the only one bringing the club into it.

Ultimately this an online forum. You can't expect people not to comment when the entire site is based on people's opinions. Obviously a nice man but the whole point of this thread is debate.

His tweet was obviously worded to cause a debate. He could have gone quietly but chose not to.

Reminds me of Mark Griffiths tantrum when he never got that media job. Why do people have to go on Twitter with this stuff. It's proper 'look at me' behaviour .
