Default Kop latest, where Mullin stands and how good is Evans?

Hi all
Big meeting for WST and we're joined by chairman Barry Jones ahead of it on this week's Fearless in Devotion. He discusses what’s next on the future of the lease and did they get everything they wanted from the club. Also a look at...
- WST special meeting and what it means
- What needs to be done next to get the Kop started
- Most complete performance of the season and the real standouts against Shrimper
- Where does Mullin really stand in the Greatest Of All Time?
- Which positions Parky may need in January and who he may have earmarked
- What he needs to do to evolve the playing style - and how good is George Evans?
- A look ahead to Harrogate and Yeovil
- Was the Hippodrome really a sh*thole (or just misunderstood)...

Thanks as always...

31:00 - does he admit that without the 187000 from the club the trust wouldn’t be in a position to repay the bond?

"...we will be receiving 187K" - are we right in assuming that is what the club are giving to the WST?

If that's the case (this figure matches the money raised by the bondholders) where did the original bond money raised go?

I didn't think this was the case and the bond money was in a separate pot. Let me check this with Barry and get back to you

The exact wording is with the 187000 we will be in a position to pay back the people regardless of 500, 750, 1000 pounds or dollar’s depending where the money come from.

Seems to me we are paying 187000 to force through the end of the supporters trust, we should be spending 187000 towards a new player not to get rid of a lease on an asset we already own which is the current scenario.

The club effectively could have tried to negotiate a lease handover before purchasing the club, if it weren’t possible any businessman would have stayed hand the lease back or we will vacate the stadium, the wst can’t afford to pay the people back who they used to get into power never mind rent to glyndwr.

We have two very genuine owners, very generous and the club itself is having to pay off a supporters group who ruined the club for 9 years.

They literally have no shame.

Disappointing to hear the chairman of the Trust pushing a false narrative that there isn't the legal expertise in North Wales to represent them in the collapsing of the lease. The expert advice was sought from King's Counsel, and any firm in North Wales could have briefed King's Counsel to provide an advice to the Trust of exactly the same quality.
