Stop making PR disasters would be the answer to this one.

I think that's a bit unfair to pick out them two lines in isolation and without the context they're in - from my reading it is against a backdrop of them saying how they need to give a much better service to supporters, engage with them and listen to them. That I very much agree with - the service fans have received for the past couple of years has been utter sh!t, even my always-positive-about-Wrexham Dad goes on about this - and improving that will lead to people being positive about Wrexham FC (and perhaps that does need to be said).
Listening to fans' concerns and complaints, and indeed cutting out the
PR disasters, has got to be proprity one. Fans aren't going to talk positvely about Wrexham until they're treated positively by the club themselves, I don't think they can expect fans to do it on their own at the same time. I can't bring myself to do it, I want to see the actions first not the talk.
I think one good first step would be to sort the scammers issue out by either:
- Them leaving
- Coming out and fully responding to fans' concerns, not generally being silent on the issue and throwing it back at fans piecemeal that "they've done nothing illegal" or "you don't know the full story". That's just gonna inflame it.
