My favourite part of the article:

''although Spencer Knight-Percival almost immediately levels from Wrexham with a header from a flicked on cross, the psychological edge has been handed to the visitors''

I wished we had signed this mythical brother, gotta be better than the one we are lumbered with. Maybe now the Chloe case is dead in the water we can get Lieutenant Columbo on the case ........... I am surprised they didnt mention Carlton Banks at Centre Back last night, anyone could easily have got Frank confused

That's an excellent article and a fair representation of what happened last night!

you know...

if we had someone at twohundredpercent who would like to get involved in helping put a buy out consortium strategy together for wrexham, to help the WST, we would be very lucky.

My owner says the problem is that no one really understands the wst position, if they have one. Is it to buy the club? is it to buy the ground? Is it both in a package? is it in partnership? if so who with? if not how is a purchase to be funded? We have heard about cica valuation figures what are we talking about re wst? Is it to be bought over a period ? Is it to be bought outright? How will existing debts be handled? What is the proposed finacial plan? One statement suggested borrowing, what does that mean/relate to? How would a share issue be structured? How would the voting for shareholders be structured? How much does a share or shares issue cost? What percentages of ownership is being discussed?
Who have they met with this last week and what transpired?
I suppose these questions could be put to any of the interested parties. My owner wages we, the fans, will be kept in the dark.

I totally agree with your owners views. I think you should go and lie on the floor in the lounge now, a belly tickle, good stroke and a biscuit are in order

Please tell your owner we need to step outside of our locality as wrexham supporters and see the bigger picture here.

1) there is a significant football governance enquiry being engaged through parliament inclusive of Supporters Direct and Mp's next week. SD are the umberella organisation (see strategic policy makers) for the supporters trusts all around the land. they direct and advise policy. the WST does not have all the answers and neither do SD. its still new territory. the football landscape may change but wrexham football club should not be a pawn in that. sadly the club has already been managed so badly there is little left of the carcus.

2) this is an interesting time for the national game. wrexham football club is not alone, although our position is more precarious than others at this time.there are also big heavy hitters on both sides of the debate trying to either protect their income or change the political landscape of the game. if someone can help change the national game to one of community ownership, millions of people will remember their name.

3) the mismanagement business model of WFC by a rich millionaire and the development of flats on the clubs previous assets on high value central town land is indicative of the way football has gone and a perfect advert for promoting community ownership.

4) there are many people out there (fans and investors) who dont buy into the trust model and do not wish to participate in that idea. (i personally do but there are many who do not)

5) if the WST takes control of WFC this will be a significant result for SD, though most wrexham fans just want the best result for wrexham football club and wont even know who SD are.

6) i think the WST board deserve some patience and support. they are lifelong fans of the club doing their very best and have to do this on top of their day job. they do not get paid for the very long hours they put in to the cause.

7) i personally expect a WST statement #10 will be issued next tuesday just before the Luton away game, with statement #11 swiftly following on friday, once the repercussions and dust has settled.
