The man in the shop will have been talking about me I guess, although I am well and truly a Wrexham man now.
There is yet another former O's fan who defected to the O's from Palace in the 70's before moving up here and becoming another diehard Wrexham fan. He lives Oswestry way too and would be about your age.

talking to a bloke and his son from machynlleth in mcdonalds early in morning at wembley, lads from aberystwyth in afternoon in wetherspoons wembley, bloke sits by us in yale stand from dolgellau, now we have real cockney eastenders following, all great stuff and good to know we can inspire new fans even though we are still not back in the league (for now) just goes to show what this club could achieve with some long overdue success, no one in the lower leagues, eg league 1 or 2 can attract fans from such distances, a unique position,
sorry you were a little apprehensive of the welsh response to chester mr orient, dont worry if you wear the red of wrexham you will be accepted as a temporary honarary welshman and no harm will befall you, i am truly amazed we can inspire you

Hi Well I am a regular viewer and irregular poster on RP…

Favourite Player: Manny Smith. Ability to read the game. Handles himself with dignity.

Favourite player of all time. Steve Buxton -OK he had an arse that was about 2 inches off the ground, a curly perm and was of limited ability but he gave it all and was loyal (I stand to be corrected but I think he was with us for 12 years!)

How long a Wrexham fan. Like many I fell in Love in 1978 and its been a lot of heartache ever since, tried to get a 'divorce' but no matter what happens i can't stay away!

Best moment. LDV final - seeing that many Wrexham fans in one place was amazing - it made me cry….and then of course smile when we won!

That is me.
