Reliving the moment...

Sunday, 10th April 2005 will long live in the memory of Wrexham fans.

Despite being hamstrung by off field problems, the club reached new heights by lifting the LDV Vans Trophy in front of 36,000 supporters at Cardiff's magnificent Millennium Stadium.

The game was tensely poised at 0-0 going into extra time but goals in each period from Juan Ugarte and Darren Ferguson was enough to see off Southend and lift our first ever English cup trophy.
