Math referee Eddie Evans has inspected the pitch and passed it fit to play, so the game is on. Conditions are not expected to change but supporters still check Ceefax or Wrexham FC before travelling, or listen to Radio Five Live (MW 909 & 693) whilst heading to the game for further details.

Directions from the North: Pick up the M56 towards Chester and then onto the M53 towards Chester and Wrexham at junction 15. Follow the M53 onto the A55 leaving at junction 35 turning left onto the A483 to Wrexham. Leave the A483 at the junction of A541 turning right towards Wrexham Town Centre. The Racecourse will be straight ahead over the next roundabout.

Car Parking: NEWI College just before the ground and a local car park just before the Shell Garage on the opposite side of the road and both cost around £2.00. Free parking is available on the two retail parks by turning left or right at the second roundabout but do not park in ALDI or you will get clamped!

By Train: Wrexham General is next to the ground and there is a service every two hours between Chester and Shrewsbury. There is also an hourly service between Wrexham and Liverpool. Click here for the Rail Track Online Timetable or call national enquiries on 08457 484950.

By Bus: Wrexham Bus Station is only a five minute walk from the ground but if you want to catch a bus to the ground then use a number 11, 18a or 21 bus. If you prefer to walk then turn left out of the bus station and turn right at to the end of this road. Then walk through to set of lights and the ground will be ahead of you just past Wrexham General Train Station. For enquiries call 01978 363760.

Injuries: Bad News: Steve Roberts injured his calf in training and is out. Good news: Andy Dibble and Lee Jones are back whilst Paul Barrett and Darren Ferguson have shaken off knocks after a weekends rest. Wrexham are only without Paul Whitfield and Waynne Phillips who are both over a month away from fitness. Injuries: Macclesfield will be without six first team players as their injury problems do not appear to be improving. Neil Robinson (Hamstring), Dave Ridler (Hamstring), Paul Aldridge (Broken Foot), Chris Byrne (Leg), John Askey (Calf), and George Abbey (Thigh) are all sidelined.

Dave Tinson and Michael Welch are both fit after picking up knocks at Exeter when Macclesfield only picked four substitutes because of injury but this time they can pick the permitted five for the visit to the Racecourse.
