After 23 mile son the A14 turn right at the roundabout onto the A6. Car Parking: There is a car park at the ground and to find this follow on from the directions above and the car park is just after the ground. The only problem is that it can get congested after a game with hold ups of up to one hour. Alternatively you can turn right at the roundabout by the ground and park along Station Road. If you prefer a public car park then continue along station road are there is one just off the roundabout before you reach the High Street. It will take you ten minutes to walk back to the ground from here.
By Train: Nearest Train Station is Wellingborough and six miles walk from the ground so a taxi is your best bet! You can pre book a taxi by using one of the following taxi firms: Jaycabs 01933 229229; Nucabs 01933 226565; Cabco 01933 278888; Phoenix Cars 01933 225533; Station Taxis 01933 678826. The other option is to walk into the Town Centre and catch a No 45 bus to the ground. To walk to the ground follow the road past the car park and at the Station Pub turn right into Midland Road and follow this into Wellingborough Town Centre. Turn right at the fork after passing the Police Station passing some takeaways on your right hand side. At the top of Midland Road turn right next to Burtons and continue on this road until you reach the Palace Snooker Hall where you turn left and walk up the hill until you reach Tresham College on your left and in front of this are the bus shelters.

By Bus: From the train directions above look our for a number 45 bus to Nene Park.
Beer and Grub: There are no pubs in the vicinity of the stadium but on the plus side there are bars inside the ground and visiting supporters have their own, called the Airwair bar. There are two options to find pubs; take the 10 minute walk into the town centre or drive further down the A6 towards Higham Ferrers. Heading towards the town centre the first pub you will come across is The Bull, which is opposite the cross in the centre of town. This is the main haunt for away fans but if you can be bothered to walk a bit further then try the Horseshoe located further up High Street just past Dillons. If you are looking for some guest ales then you will have to continue past the Horseshoe up the hill until you reach the Oliver Twist pub. The ground is located on the outskirts of the town and therefore you will also have to walk into the town centre where you will find the usual variety of outlets with Mai's Chinese take away & chippy one of the best. This is located just further on from the Horseshoe.
Cash Machines: All in Irthlingborough with a HSBC machine the closest on Station Road. Otherwise there is the Nationwide Building Society on the High Street and a Abbey machine at Dillons Newsagents.

MATCH BUILDUP
TEAM NEWS
Rushden & Diamonds Wrexham
Injuries: Goalkeeper Billy Turney is the major doubt and is only given a 40% chance of playing. The only other concern is Garry Mills but he should recover from a thigh injury that forced him off at half time at Blackpool on Tuesday. Top scorer Onandi Lowe is unavailable with a groin injury. Injuries: Denis Smith has no new injury worries from midweek with Steve Thomas, Carlos Edwards and Steve Roberts shaking off knocks they picked up whilst Brian Carey played a full 90 minute practice match after recovering from illness. Chris Armstrong is still not being risked until he is 100%.
Suspensions: None. Suspensions: None.
Last Starting Line up: Turley, Hunter, Gray, Underwood, Bignot, Edwards, Mills, Bell, Burgess, Jack, Kitson. Subs: Sambrook, Dempster, Story, Hall, Talbot. Squad (17): Dibble, Whitfield, Morgan, Roberts, Carey, Lawrence, C Edwards, P Edwards, Holmes, Thomas, Ferguson, Whitley, Barrett, M Jones, L Jones, Llewellyn, Sam.
Other News: Brian Talbot has named an unchanged squad from midweek and is expected to stick with the same outfield players that started in the win at Blackpool. If goalkeeper Billy Turney does not make it then Paul Evans will step in between the sticks. Other News: It is unlikely that Denis Smith will make any changes to the team that beat Oldham in midweek and that will mean Craig Morgan will keep his place in defence despite Brian Carey now available after illness. Andy Dibble will start in goal with a back three of Steve Roberts, Dennis Lawrence and Morgan. Jim Whitley and Darren make up the midfield and they will be flanked by Carlos and Paul Edwards. Chris Llewellyn continues to act as a support man for Hector Sam and Lee Jones. Shaun Pejic and Matt Crowell are not travelling with the squad.
