MATCH PREVIEW
THE MATCH

Wrexham Team News: Wrexham main injury concern is skipper Darren Ferguson after he missed training on Monday due to a stomach bug but with mark Jones returning to the squad Denis Smith dos have options to replace the midfielder. Hector Sam also has the same bug but as the best he could have hoped for was a place on the bench his absence would not have an affect on the starting line up. Ben Foster continues in goal with a back three of Shaun Pejic, Craig Morgan and Dennis Lawrence. Carlos Edwards and Andy Holt are at right and left wing backs respectively with matt Crowell and Danny Williams in midfield alongside either Darren Ferguson or Mark Jones. Juan Ugarte and Chris Llewellyn continue up front.

Wrexham Squad (18): Foster, Harrison, Morgan, Pejic, Lawrence, Edwards, Holt, Smith, Ferguson, Bennett, Williams, Green, Crowell, Jones, Armstrong, Ugarte, Sam, Llewellyn.

Opposition Team News: Martin Allen names an unchanged squad although Brentford midfielder Stewart Talbot is a doubt after coming off against Luton on Saturday with a knock.

Brentford Squad (17): Nelson, O'Connor, Turner, Sodje, Frampton, Hutchinson, Talbot, Harrold, Pratley, Salako, Fitzgerald, Gayle, Burton, Rankin, Myers, Bankole, Tabb.

Officials: The match referee is Eddie Evans from Manchester and he is assisted by Neil Hancox from the West Midlands and Eddie Tarry from Manchester. Eddie Evans has refereed 35 games this season sending off 8 players and booking 118 at an average of 3.37 per game.

Weather: Partly cloudy with temperatures dropping to 11 degrees Celsius and a 7 mph north westerly wind.

The Bookies View: Wrexham are best priced at 6/4 with Stan James with Brentford 13.8 at Bet 365. You can get the draw at 13/5 with vc bet and Bet 365.
