THE MATCH |
Wrexham Team News:
Wrexham are without Craig Morgan after the defender picked up a hamstring
injury that forced him out of the game at Scunthorpe on Friday. Steve
Roberts replaced him during the first half and will continue in defence
along with Shaun Pejic and Dennis Lawrence. There is no news on Andy
Dibble's match fitness and Matt Baker is therefore expected to continue in
goal. Denis Smith could tinker with the attacking options but Simon Spender
and Andy Holt will remain as wing backs. Midfield and attack depend on the
formation Denis Smith plays with Chris Llewellyn possibly featuring as a
support man at the expense of Mark Jones, after the youngster was
substituted on Friday, with a midfield of Darren Ferguson and Scott Green.
That will leave the option of using two from Juan Ugarte, Chris Armstrong or
Hector Sam upfront. Levi Macken has been added to the squad as cover for
Craig Morgan but Wrexham are still without Brian Carey, Dean Bennett, Jim
Whitley, Danny Williams and Carlos Edwards. |
