TICKET AND GROUND INFO

General: The good news is the former east stand paddock has now been demolished as part of the second phase of the Bloomfield Road redevelopment. The bad news, as I can testify from last season, is that the away end has now been replaced by what is bets described as a golf stand with no roof. Last season it pissed it down throughout the match so dress accordingly. The walkway in front of the stand was also flooded last season. The food outlet can only serve one at the time and the toilets are port-a-cabins.
Ticket Office: 0870 443 1953 option 1
Seats: East Stand - Adults £16 (with no roof!) OAPs £11 Under 18s 37
Standing: None.
Disabled Facilities: The Council Car Parking is free and inside the ground there are 42 wheelchair spaces, five of which are reserved for away supporters. There are 4 visually impaired spaces with 2 helpers reserved in the press box. Ambulant spaces are available in all areas of the ground on proof of disability. Facilities wise disabled toilets and catering facilities are found behind the stands with easy access. The DSA is Mr C Beverage and he can be contacted on 01253 342755.
Programme and Fanzines: Programme is called Offside and costs £2.00

MATCH PREVIEW
THE MATCH

Wrexham Team News: Wrexham have doubts over the fitness of Chris Armstrong and Darren Ferguson. Armstrong has an Achilles injury, while Ferguson has come down with an illness. This limits Denis Smith's options further as he is already without Andy Dibble, Jim Whitley, Dean Bennett, Brian Carey, Danny Williams and Carlos Edwards. Matt Baker continues in goal with an unchanged back three of Shaun Pejic, Dennis Lawrence and Steve Roberts. Simon Spender and Andy Holt continue on the right and left wings respectively but with Darren Ferguson a doubt in midfield there could be a change in formation. Alex Smith and Matt Crowell will start but Denis Smith may revert to three up front in the absence of another recognised midfielder. This could mean a first time start for trialists Matt Shaw or Juan Ugarte to join Hector Sam and Chris Llewellyn in attack. The other options are teenagers Mark Jones or Levi Macken. Jim Whitley, Brian Carey, Carlos Edwards and Andy Dibble are also out.

Wrexham Squad (18): Baker, Evans, Roberts, Pejic, Lawrence, Spender, Holt, Crowell, Smith, Jones, Ferguson, Quinn, Mackin, Llewellyn, Armstrong, Sam, Ugarte, Shaw.

Blackpool Team News:
Blackpool have doubts over John Murphy who is struggling with the knee injury that kept him out of the weekend clash with Chesterfield and Rochie Wellens is also a doubt after picking up a ankle injury on Saturday. Paul Warhurst and Keith Southern are the likely deputise sin midfield after the pair sat out the game due to lack of match practice. Paul Edwards will face the Red Dragons since his Bosman move to Blackpool in the summer and goalkeeper Brad Jones will keep his space despite being at fault for Chesterfield’s late winner on Saturday.

Officials: The match referee is Eddie Evans from Manchester and he is assisted by Daniel Roberts from Greater Manchester and Andrew Smith from West Yorkshire.

Weather: Clear skies with temperatures reaching a minimum of 9 degrees Celsius and a 12 mph north westerly wind.

The Bookies View: Super Odds price Blackpool for the win at 5/4 and you can get 12/5 on the Wrexham win with Labrokes and Bet Direct. Stan james and Sky bet are offering the draw at 5/2
