From the South: Leave the M6 at Junction 10a turning left onto the M54. After approximately 21 miles the M54 becomes the A5. Stay on the A5 passing Shrewsbury and when you reach Oswestry turn right at the roundabout (An ESSO Service Station will be on your left), staying on the A5. At the junction of the A5 and the A483 (An McDonalds Drive Through will be on your right) go straight on at the roundabout to join the A483 signposted Wrexham. After approximately 8 miles leave the A483 at the junction of the A541 signposted Wrexham and Mold. At the roundabout turn right towards Wrexham and after going straight over the next roundabout the ground is ahead of you on your left. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Car Parking: NEWI College just before the ground and a local car park just before the Shell Garage on the opposite side of the road and both cost around £2.00. a New car park has opened for this season before the ESSO garage on Mold Road. After passing the ground and the Vauxhall garage the entrance to the car park is on your right before the railway bridge. Free parking is available on the two retail parks by turning left or right at the second roundabout but do not park in ALDI or you will get clamped! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
By Train: Wrexham General is next to the ground and there is a service every two hours between Chester and Shrewsbury. There is also an hourly service between Wrexham and Liverpool. By Bus: Wrexham Bus Station is only a five minute walk from the ground but if you want to catch a bus to the ground then use a number 11, 18a or 21 bus. If you prefer to walk then turn left out of the bus station onto King Street and turn right at to the end of this road. Then walk through the set of lights and the ground will be ahead of you just past Wrexham General Train Station after just under a mile. For enquiries call 01978 363760. |

Wrexham Team News: Denis
Smith's options in midfield have been restricted after Darren Ferguson and
Andy Holt have been ruled out with flu and a leg injury respectively. On the
plus side Mark Jones has recovered from injury and Danny Williams is
available after suspension. Steve Roberts, Craig Morgan and Carlos Edwards
have all returned fit from international duty and Ryan Harrison will be on
the bench as replacement for the injured Andy Dibble. Ben Foster will
continue in goal with a back three of Steve Roberts, Craig Morgan and Dennis
Lawrence. Carlos Edwards will be at right wing back with Alex Smith expected
to replace the injured Holt on the left. Danny Williams comes straight back
into midfield and he could be the only change in the absence of Ferguson to
team up with Matt Crowell and Mark Jones. Juan Ugarte and Chris Llewellyn
continue up front with Hector Sam on the bench, as Chris Armstrong still out
injured. Torquay Squad (18):
Barnes; Robinson, Woods, Taylor, McGlinchey, Kuffour, Russell, Hill,
Woodman, Constantine, Akinfenwa, Canoville, Jarvie (gk), Hockley, Phillips,
Pulis, Villis, Story. On loan keeper Phil Barnes will continue in goal after
an impressive debut against Doncaster after signing from Sheffield United. |
