MATCH PREVIEW
THE MATCH

Wrexham Team News: Wrexham's injury problems continue to mount with Hector Sam now doubtful with a knee injury and with Chris Armstrong suspended for the game then expect a new strike force of Chris Llewellyn and Dena Bennett. Andy Dibble is out with a dislocated finger and that means Matt Baker will make his first start in a Wrexham shirt. Dennis Lawrence is out with an ankle injury along with Steev Roberts and that leaves the only possible back three of Brian Carey, Shaun Pejic and Craig Morgan. Denis Smith has options in midfield with Alex Smith likely to be recalled to allow Llewellyn to move up front and Smith will be joined by Darren Ferguson and Danny Williams in midfield. Jim Whitley and Andy Holt will continue to provide the width on the right and left respectively.

Wrexham Squad (16): Baker, Whitley, Carey, Pejic, Morgan, Holt, Ferguson, Smith, Williams, Llewellyn, Bennett, Crowell, Evans, Spender, Jones, Mackin.

Sheffield United Team News: Manager Neil Warnock also has problems with former Wrexham player Ashley Ward doubtful with a knee injury and Jack Lester has a collarbone injury following a clash on the weekend. Elsewhere Michal Tonge and Andy Liddell are still out and Warnock has recalled Paul Shaw from Rotherham and he will start at the Racecourse. Warnock is also taking the opportunity to feature youth players with Jonathon Forte expected to start on the left wing or up front.
