MATCH PREVIEW
THE MATCH

Wrexham Team News: Brian Carey remains out after undergoing surgery this week and joins Carlos Edwards and Andy Dibble as long term absentees. Jim Whitley and Dean Bennett are also out but their is positive news with Danny Williams having an outside chance after signs of his hamstring injury improving. This is where the good news ended after Craig Morgan twisted his ankle in training and is a major doubt. With this in mind Matt Baker continues in goal with a back three of Shaun Pejic, Steve Roberts and Dennis Lawrence. Darren Ferguson and Alex Smith will start in midfield and they will be joined by Danny Williams if past fit with Matt Crowell on standby to deputise. Smon Spender will be on the right with Andy Holt on the left but there may be changes upfront as Chris Armstrong is fit and he is likely to replace Hector Sam to partner Chris Llewellyn up front.

Wrexham Squad: Not announced.

Opposition Team News: Tiger's boss Peter Taylor has admitted he will make one change despite the comprehensive 3-0 thrashing of league leaders Luton last weekend. captain Ian Ashbee is available after completing a three game ban and this means that one from Jason Price or Junior Lewis will miss out. Defender Alton Thelwell is still out with a virus.

Officials: The referee is Andy Woolmer from Northamptonshire and he is assisted by Gary Hilton and Ian Nolan from Lancashire. Andy Woolmer has refereed 8 games this season, sending off 2 players and booking 23 at an average of 2.875 per game.

Weather: Low cloud with temperatures reaching a maximum of 13 degrees Celsius and a 3mph north easterly wind.

The Bookies View: Wrexham are priced at 13/8 with Stanley Bet, Bet365, Gambing Club, Sky bet and Tote Sport and Supper Odds have Hull CIty for the win at 8/5. Super Odds are also offering the draw at 23/10.
