As you may be aware, we are currently experiencing a temporary problem with the Red Passion messageboard.

The problem started last night when the SQL database used by the messageboard went over-quota. Unfortunately, when the SQL database goes over its assigned disk space limit our web hosting company automatically suspends its use.

Furthermore, since the database is suspended I can’t now login to it in order to amend its size and make it smaller by pruning old messageboard entries.

At 1 PM GMT today I asked customer service to treble our database capacity, which they are currently doing.

However, they said it could take up to 24 hours for the larger database to become active.

We apologise for this temporary inconvenience. Normal service will be resumed shortly.
