Am I right in thinking Barnett is available for Tuesday night,the three match ban is served in the competition you are sent off so will miss the next lge match.Howard will start with Clayworth,Tozer and Tunicliffe,Young,Davies Dalby Likely starters.

Yes, he is available.

Yellow card suspensions are competition specific.
Red card suspensions count for FA cup and league cup matches but not the trophy for some reason.

The main restriction in this competition is you have to play 4 'qualifying' outfield players from your starting 10 or you get a 5k fine.

From the EFL site,

Qualifying Player means any Player who:
had started the immediately preceding First Team Fixture (as defined below);

subsequently starts the immediately following First Team Fixture;

is in the list of ten Players at the Club with the highest number of starting appearances in First Team Fixtures in the same Season;

has made forty or more starting appearances in First Team Fixtures or international equivalents (and not limited to the same Club or Season); or

is on standard loan from a Premier League Club or any EFL Club operating a Category One Academy.

I’d have 10 out of those 11, but Bickerstaff for Waters. Waters, unfortunately, doesn’t have a future at the club. Bickerstaff has more of a future, although his future is still up in there, therefore he would benefit from a game more.
