Normally I’d agree with no crappy rival under any circumstances…but I mean we just beat Notts and Mansfield on the road so let’s trust the boys if it comes to it. No more doubling up on L2 matchups though, let’s see someone new - or old. Wigan would be a lol game since it’d be a Cup rematch and McClean would likely play this time but I’m not actively rooting for it

Don't get too cocky! Non-league giant killers are hungry too! Older supporters will remember how we were once humbled by unknown Stourbridge in the Welsh Cup, a competition taken very seriously by the club as a route into Europe! This result after we had reached the sixth round of the FA Cup!

Yeah maybe there's something to Wrexham rising to the occasion against better competition. They almost got put out of the FA Cup by Blyth last year
