He does sort of clarify in the article, but very misleading headline. PSR is clearly not broken, it's doing exactly what the rich clubs want!
And as for Wrexham, as others have said it's bait to get the clicks, so we're clearly more newsworthy than Man City who don't get a mention anywhere
