Not for me. I don’t like the annoying goal celebration he does.

I think that is very harsh on Dalby. He is not slow and lethargic. He has played second fiddle to Palmer and Mullin for 2 years and has never had a serious run of game. He is still very young and has the potential to grow into a decent player
Very young he is 24.Even Southend fans could not believe we had signed him.

Very young - he is 25 in December.

He has had runs of games in the team. The problem with Dalby is he does not score goals.

Palmer doesn't score that many these days but the job he does in wearing down defenders and taking the flak away from Mullin has been vital these past 3 seasons.

Dalby brings hardly any goals and zero physicality. He just doesn't work in the way we want to play

He’s young in the same way that jesse lingard is forever young

Not sure on Orsi - great season last year, but it could have been the Crawley style of play which benefited him.

He did nothing the few years before and only scored goals at NL or NLS level prior to that.

I'm happy to gamble on a 21 / 22 year old, but Orsi is 28. I think we need someone proven at L1 level when it comes to a striker. I get slight Billy Waters vibes when looking at the career Orsi has had.

No, but as you say at least Palmer brings something else to the party. In fairness to Palmer, he scored a lot of goals that first half season.

Dalby has had good 'games' but nothing beyond that and has had two years to prove his worth. We need somebody who will have a good season or spell in a season, such as Lee and Cannon did last year. I just don't see that in Dalby....NL player for me with the odd day where he looks Football League level.

We need to ship Dalby out this summer to make room and free up wages for Palmer's long term replacement

Waters needs to be holding his hand out the door.
I really like Bickers but hope wherever he goes on loan it works this time or he may be released and end up in the welsh prem
