New architects Populous appointed to oversee Kop redevelopment

Technically no there isn't. Problem is there are 20+ other highly ambitious teams, many with massive resources, desperately trying to get into PL.
Need endless £ millions and/or a uniquely amazing manager. Believe me as a Championship STH, the league is brutal and gets inceasingly harder each year.
Agreed. But we have money, momentum and a strong wind behind us, so we have a chance.

That said, I'm really not arsed if we get there or not. I'm quite happy in league one, challenging for promotion whilst being safe in the knowledge I'll never witness non league football and the fa trophy ever again.

Playing Devil’s Advocate, if your limited but understandable expectations were met and became the norm, how do you suppose R&R et al would think? Would they too be content with ‘EFL1mediocrity’? What would be their plans if this was our natural ceiling?

I suspect they might look for a challenge elsewhere, thus increasing the possibility of a return to the wilderness.

There is only one logical goal, albeit it will take time, lots of money, and almost a complete new squad to get there.

We literally are spectators in this bizarre, absurd yet magical rollercoaster. My advice is hang-on and start saving for that £700 ST!

Isn't there something to do with the hosting of it that was tied to the redevelopment or have I mixed this up with something?

I think we should only sign players who know the Bongo area.
Maybe there should be an official international fan selection committee. Any non Wrexham area fan who has written proof of lifetime devotion, would apply to be selected as an acceptable non-local fan. Kind of like a draft process. Just kidding by the way😁

I think that's a great idea!
While I'm here let me advertise my affidavit writing company :)

Unfortunately I can still remember Brian Little and everything up to R and R, both on and on the pitch. I fell out of my love with my club. Now, I've never been more in love with it. League one for the rest of the decade, that's fine with me.

However, as I've said before, R and R don't have the scars and trauma that folk like me have so their ceiling doesn’t exist, and good on them. I've no doubt they want the premier league, recent signings especially off the pitch back that up. Then probably Europe, why not? No doubt they have been bitten and smitten by the football bug, by the Wrexham bug.

It's fantastic isn't it, you must be loving it like most of us. You really have to pinch yourself. I just hope when our ridiculous win rate inevitably goes south, folk don't panic.

It is something truly special after years of hopes being dashed. Mrs PD thinks football's only a game, but she lacks Bill Shankley's insight.

As good as we are, I just want us to better the teams under John Neal. Admittedly, this is for selfish reasons. But I also want the younger fans to see something truly, truly scrumptious. I am sure R&R will deliver, albeit knowing Wrexham fans reasonably well, I am sure many will be anything but!

When WWWWDW becomes LLWLDL. That will be the tester for a good few!

JN was indeed great.
But it was Arfon who got the missing pieces of the jigsaw to fit. That's the team I'm looking for us to better.
