With the temporary stand being extended to 3000 seats, from what was it last season 2250, this will take our capacity over 13000, if my maths is right. Impressive.

And they wouldn't be laughing about us contemplating a 50000 seater stadium??!If any fans of other League One clubs were on here listening to alleged Wrexham fans moaning about watching Premier League football at the Racecourse they'd be wetting themselves.
If I wasn't a Wrexham fan I'd hate us too with the bullshit coming out of some
Funny how the fans that don't like the Premier League are the ones getting battered every week. And they wouldn't be laughing about us contemplating a 50000 seater stadium??!
It's the people that think we're going to take over the world that are embarrassing, not the people saying they'd be quite happy knocking around in League one and the Championship.
Plenty of real football fans don't wish they were in the premier league. Its a circus.
100% this. As someone who doesn't really think big, was there when Flynn's teams could barely manage 5k I take the point that we wouldn't need a massive stadium. However, these boys do think big and do big. The glass ceiling has been removed, the goalposts have been moved. Think big.If some people on here had said 5 years ago that it would be impossible for us to achieve back to back promotions in front of home crowds that are now 383% higher on average than our lowest in the Conference ( avg. 2,776 in 2009/10, would people here have agreed with them?
Y Cae Ras saw 34,445 fans watch our record match attendance against a team now in the Premier league. Long time ago, different attitudes from fans, but it happened nevertheless. Why would anyone say that we'd struggle to fill our stadium with just 20,000 (i.e. only a fraction of that?) Glass ceilings and all that.
In 2022/23, the average matchday attendance in the Premier League was just over 40,000, representing a slight increase on the previous year.
Are the other bits and pieces sorted to host UEFA games? I'm sure I heard they need to extend the run off area around the pitches and a bigger media zone before we can host competitive games. With 13k capacity, I can see one of the Wales nations league games being played up here. Only the Turkey game had been announced as being played at the CCS.
I know Wales are ***** at the moment, but it would be the first competitive game up here in ages.
