I understand the need to recruit correctly and I also note what other clubs are doing / not doing regarding recruiting new players but we got rid of 8 players and Sam talks of recruiting just 4 more plus a couple of loan players .
This has disaster written all over it !!

I am thinking we are doing a different approach than in previous seasons. For years we have had managers saying a deal is on only to be gazumped.
Maybe the board and Sam have taken the decision to keep silent on anything until the player has given that firm commitment or is at the ground to sign!
At the moment I am prepared to go with this...
Ask me again in three weeks though if nothing has happened!
