Chester had plenty of ambitious plans at the start of last season. I imagine Carillion did too.
If we do well on the pitch the money will roll in, if we do badly it will dry up, its that simple.
All the board can do is maximise available funds, and be decisive if things are going wrong before it becomes a crisis.
