Wheelchair users at Wrexham are not allowed to use umbrellas when it rains because of concerns if they don’t use them as weapons, others might grab them & use offensively
Advised fans to ask for copy of risk assessment that concluded this

This is an ongoing issue that the DSA has been working to resolve with the club,for some time.
