So you don't think he'll have learnt anything from his time here and what he did after he left?
You're way off the mark here and not giving him any credit for nearly getting us promoted doesn't make any sense at all. I'm not sure if you have a personal gripe with him, it certainly seems that way and would explain your over the top, ignoring key facts attitude towards him.
