We were scouting the Welsh Prem a few years back at least including other notable leagues, god knows who was doing the Welsh Prem. Missed out on so much talent in that league, must have been Stevie Wonder watching.

Also a potential £30k is sat in the FAW's bank account for Youth systems for Welsh Clubs providing the hoops are jumped through, again it's not been applied for once. While non league we can't be ignoring such large sums of cash, wether a temporary funding stream or longer term.

On lonees again we've signed many this season who haven't played or barely featured, some think this doesn't have additional costs that could be used elsewhere like the CoE. Unfortunately, the damage done through it's mismanagent and the plain daft stubborn stupidity of the board means it ain't worth bothering with. In fact, once in the league, do people think the board will suddenly become interested in something they've run into the ground? I don't. The rot has set in to the point where it's terminal.

I fear this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to mismanagement on the club on the football side. Of course giving the reigns to the manager is the correct thing to do, what isn't is not holding them to account. In fact, it's the easy way out, passing the buck every single time on the football side, people are finally starting to see through it and are getting fed up.

The stripping away and trimming away of the fat in other areas has once again shown that we still cannot compete, in what is another poor league this season. We need to start being clever with our cash and bring in talent like Sam Jones, but as we have no reserve team or age grade side with it said to cost as little as £5k a season, no chance We'll get talent like that. It's career suicide.

I bet others are able to point out more failings of the football operation too. All we hear is but, but, but.
