Let's be honest, little will change.
The board don't answer to anybody.
Darlington is safe because nobody is capable of implementing a football strategy so he's seen as some god to the hierarchy.
Bryan Hughes sadly doesn't seem to have a clue and will inevitably be chased by Christmas.
The likes of Holroyd, Rutherford, Grant, Roberts will be kept on.
