Alarm bell 1. Funding has yet to be agreed.
Also no mention of ground ownership or purchase.
Does this mean we end up with 2 landlords and 2 costs?
1 for the ground and 1 for the stand.
If the stand is built on the spare land then how far from the pitch will it be as the Uni must own the land directly adjacent to the pitch. Is that right?
Once again its seems a generalisation and theoretical set of ideas.
No purchase has been made and no-one has any money or budget other than Glyndwr who suddenly are talking £60m.
