Welsh Prem you could argue, but National League North is as high a level as we can realistically loan a youngster to at the moment. Youngsters hardly ever go out on loan in the same league and never go out on loan above.
It's just a matter of what level you consider the Welsh Prem at. Is it even to Tier 6 or is it lower? For the record I'd say it's a lower standard than the English tier 6 but not by that much.
