Mine was our 3-2 victory over Spurs in the League Cup back in 1976. Wagged school to go to London by train, and saw our best footballing display ever. Happy days, indeed!

Good thread starter.
Very difficult to single one moment out so I've listed a few.
Rotherham game for promotion.
Porto away, soaked but warm inside.
Pryce getting me on the Rome trip for £50.
Numerous cup wins, particularly Newcastle and Middlesborough. Palace, Spurs, Southampton away.
I'm fortunate that I can blank out the disappointing times 'cos that might overwhelm me.
Very few National league memories apart from the efforts to collect the bond money and what might have been.
In hindsight if the WST had stuck with Saunders we would probably have been playing league football now and have been better placed as a club both on and off the field. (Whether we could have stood the cost is another matter)
