Manager and coaching....
Players played out of position
Tactics that don't work to players advantages
Isolated striker often not a target man
Substitutes never used properly
Very little communication from side lines
Training sessions if you believe the stories are very poor
Resigning players that aren't good enough.
I could go on all night. Reality is a lot players leave this club and do better so its the manager who is the issue.
