Truth is there's no formula that guarantees success. We've just made some shocking recruitment decisions that were never ever going to work. Since ricketts left it has actually been a case study in how not to recruit managers. Barrow, Hughes and bringing Keates back are laughably bad decisions.

WST gave Mills to much respect and got none back , he took the piss , thought he could do as he liked , and did for a while , His first squad was decent bringing in the likes of Vose and others , the football at times was really good .
